A deep midnight blue greets the customer when he enters cocos in Schweinfurt. One sees the silhouette of the shore of a lake along the length of the walls, lit by round lamps reminiscent of a summer moon with its warm light.
The dark colours of the walls and the ceiling are continued in the flooring covering which echoes the stripey pattern of the cocos logo. The light-coloured furniture and the organic form of the bar stand out sharply against the muted background. The austere abstract décor of the bar provides a contrast to the leafy design of the wall. It is mirrored by the troughs which divide up the exterior space of the restaurant.
The lamps nodding on their delicate stands which seem to grow up out of the troughs are reminiscent of flowers and create playful accents between the starker design of the groups of seating.
